ABOUT THIS TRACK:

As the world stands still during this global pandemic, it is more important than ever before to open up & talk about how we really feel, so I recorded my own personal experience. I explore the common tendency to bottle up emotions & suffer in silence whilst urging listeners to ‘Tell me what’s on your mind’. I have seen first-hand the affect that holding everything in can have. It’s just a temporary bandage on a permanent wound. We must learn to talk to each other & seek help when it’s needed.
